The topic that preoccupies the world of HR is linked to the experiences from the still ongoing unprecedented disruption. Hence, we should be thinking about the future of work and the organizations. We would like to discuss the possibilities relevant for our organizations and people. Scenarios are changing. The disruptive force of pandemic accelerated many work changes which were smoldering under surface. 2020 has been a big social experiment, COVID-19 has been a powerful accelerator of change but even a poison for many organizational dreams.
How do you plan to reach 2022 scenario in good organizational health? What are the drivers you will work hard? What are the things you have to renounce and what will be your focus at work, your new HR opportunity?
We will talk about that with HR managers who come from different “organizational dreams” and different countries from the region, to share their visions and plans for the future. They are renowned and experiences HR professionals and experts as guest speakers, from Italy and N. Macedonia.
