Labour markets are going through constant and fast-paced changes. New technologies shape the future of work and how workers and firms match on the labour market. New norms change behaviors and institutions on the labour market, and how wages are set.
The Lectio will discuss empirical evidence on the role of labour market policies to ease the labour market responses. How can labour policies help to grasp new opportunities of progress, while addressing inequality issues?
